Earlier this month, Frazier told the New York Post, according to reporter Kevin Kernan, that he's had contact with the Mets, and communications have been great.
Frazier hit .222 with 11 homers and 32 RBIs in 66 games after the Yankees acquired him from the White Sox in July of last season.
